so i think it's this ... not sure. i've seen this kind of insect like 3-4 times in the last week in his cage. don't know if it's from outside (the top of the cage is not covered), but i think they came out from the coconut substrate.
they are kinda red, i will take a pic if i see them again.
the last one i saw, my cham was rushing to eat it, but i took it and killed it before him (he was very mad at me, he threatened me with a cold stare) cuz i don't know if they are safe for him or not
