Lots of people have trouble with hand feeding their chameleon food and I when they do hand feed, most of the time only except worms. My veiled chameleon will eat anything out of my hand dead or alive. It have actually become kind of dangerous because she has actually shot at a small solar panel in my hand and I wanted to test if he would eat anything so I got a small piece of ficus leaf and rolled it up and put reptivite on it. Sure enough she ate it. I guess this chameleon has a pretty good personality and will hand feed anything. It is a very mellow chameleon and the only time it bit me is when I was hand feeding her directly to her mouth when her tongue was hurt after she tried to eat a solar panel.
