the stuff you find one fruitfly cups and hornworm cups? they fabric thats always stuck perfectly to the lid? what fabric is this??????

I think you want pelen.
It comes in a variety of weights and is used in sewing to provide stiffness to cuffs, collars and lapels, etc.
Any fabric store should carry it.
