What do you use for cup feeding

I've been using a cup i bought at petco that is used to feed parakeets. My problem is, is that some crickets are jumping out. Wasn't a problem with my old cage but my new one i just built has a gap along the top of the door and the first time i fed, sure enough one jumped out climbed up the screen and jumped right out.

look for the sunny D death trap. Its basically a half gallon jug cut out with a piece of screen along the back for the crickets to crawl up on.

works like a charm. my little guy crawls on top after eating like hes king of the mountain

I use a ziplock plastic container for the worms
