What do you think this lump is?

I have a vet appointment for Monday but I would like people's opinion on what they think it could be. The lump started Tuesday it's on the jaw. He is acting normal eating and pooping.

I would be nervous about the lump affecting certain things. Idk... it depends on exactly what it is.... it could be a virus, an abscess, cancer, cyst....

he is very dehydrated

I had him for a month he was like this when I got him. He was drinking water like crazy when I put him in the enclosure. He hangs out at the dripper all the time. Thank you some else I will talk to the vet about.
