+1. Virtually identical. Both are rated & warrantied for one year. I have both (for different reptiles).
The Reptisun is 2 years old and still very close to full-strength. One Arcadia is a little over a year and likewise full strength. The other Arcadia is only about 6 months, but fine.

There is high odds they are both made in the same german factory. Both are high quality 6 phosphor bulbs made in germany.
