What do the blue dots mean?

My veiled sometimes gets these blue dots all over him. Does this mean anything? Or is this normal colors?

Just his normal adult colors.

Grumpy adult colors

They're a normal coloration, and usually you see spots show up when they're cranky about something.

Yeah I notice mine gets them when he gets mad, and with his grumpy *** that's quite often.
