hi i am wondering what i am supposed to feed my dubia colony?

I feed mine the same things I give my crickets.
to maintain the colony i feed mine a mix of cat food and oats/grain cereal with a orange in the crate for them to drink from. A few days to a week before I feed them off I take some and put them in a different container and feed them good gutload salad so they have a chance to get good stuff into them.
if you need to know what to gutload your feeders with do a search of 'gutload' it will give you lots of ideas of good stuff to feed your feeders. I personally make 'salads' by mixing up all different nutritious things like carrots, bee pollen, kale, dandelion greens, berries, apple, etc...
i know that my Carmie really likes them, that they are quite easy to keep alive and they grow fast. im not sure how they compare in nutrition to silkies which i find harder to keep alive for long and require more care.
