im not huge into snakes but i guess it to be in the Colubridae family of snakes.

the lizard...i believe without going and researching, it looks to be a Gonocephalus of some sort.

im to lazy to research for you but wikipedia both of the names and they usually have all the subs of each family with pictures.

I found out what it was. The lizard is a Common Green Forest Lizard and the snake is a Trinket Snake.
