MC Hammer may not be for everyone especially here on the Chameleon Forums. However MC Hammer was a phenomenon in the late 1980's an early 1990's in the USA and California Bay Area. MC Hammer is known for his over the top dancing and Parachute Pants. There are actually specific Parachute Pants known as MC Hammer Parachute Pants, named after MC Hammer. I had a great time watching all of this growing up as a youngster. Although MC Hammer only made one hit Hip Hop album.

We might be of the same generation. I graduated high school in 85 and along with friends and of course, animals, music was my world. Mostly mainstream music though as not much else playing in rural Massachusetts in those days. :)

The 1980's was a great decade for music. I have got a friend who is big into all music is from the 1980's with bands such as Toto. Whenever I talk and listen to music with his crowd the scene is all 1980's memories. I however I am a High School graduate from the mid 1990's. Yet another great decade for American Music. I mostly listened to 1990's Alternative , some Metal and Hip Hop.
