They used to play in my town once a month or so, in those days and did quite well. I later heard about Skip moving on to Lighthouse after. Th would play here at a place called The Grotto to about 50 people each time. That’s all The Grotto would hold. They likely were aiming for the Beatles sound and all.

That is neat and sounds like a great time. Here in my area of the California Motherlode there is Kautz Ironstone Winery that has a summer concert itinerary. I watched Julio Iglesias Sr. preform there once. That concert Julio kept commenting about how there is such great wines in the Motherlode Area.
