What air tempratures do I need in my Oustalet's Chameleons viv???

Hiya I have 2 Oustalet's Chameleons in 2 seperate vivs and Im wondering what the air temprature in the viv should be in the day and at night? If you could please help me I would be extremely grateful!!!!!

70-75 in cool areas and 80-90 in basking

But what night time tempratures would you use?????

I am not sure what the lowest temp is in their natural habitat, but mine tolerated 60deg at night, as long as they could warm back up in the day.
Mine, now, are presently at 70 night, but I need to turn off heating lights during the day as the room gets close to 90.
