Oh....whew....

Okay, well...I have a general rule that everyone is entitled to one bad poop or pee without the world deciding he's sick. I would definitely keep an eye on it. If it happens again, it looks like a vet visit.

This is excessive supllementation for a jackson.

Use the reptical 2-3 times a week.
Use the reptical w/ D3 once every month and a half.
Use the reptivite maybe once a month.

What "minerall" are you using?

IMO, this odd poo is a sign that there is some sort of nutritional imbalance in the chameleon, and its body isnt functioning at 100%

Could you clarify your misting schedule?

Also, I like to change up his diet and what hes eating once in a while. I go from 10-15 crickets daily to a mixture of 7-10 horn or silkworm daily/every other month. Maybe could have been the change in diet?

That's miner-all

And misting is 1-2 times daily. usually 7-7:30am and at 6:15pm
I agree, the reptical w/out d3 everyday might be excessive. I will listen to cutting down bc he does get natural sun 1-2 times a week.

You will need to mist more for a jackson.
At least 3 times a day, for at least 5min at a time(for a MK).
This long dry period during the day could be contributing to his dehydrated looking poo.

Natural sun provides them with natural D3, it is impossible to overdose them on naturally acquired D3. It is however easy to OD them with D3 supplements. Jacksons dont seem to handle ANY supplementation very well.
I would stop all D3 supplements for an entire 6weeks.
This will give his system time to re-balance itself, then you can start giving him some D3, every 6 weeks.

A multivitamin should be used no more than once a month with them, if at all. The multivitamin generally provides a Vit A source, this can be given by natural means instead by offering carrot as a gutload once a month or so.

wont he develope MBD if i give him repti cal without d3 every 6 weeks??? i know reptical with d3 should be less likely.

Im not exactly sure what your asking.

If you give him calcium only every 6 weeks, its possible he could develop MBD yes.

You should give him plain, phosphorous free calcium(with no D3), 2-3 times a week, with at least two days in between.

A D3 supplement should be used once every 6 weeks.

If the animal goes outside at all, this is more than enough.
