Weird cham or lacking vitamin D

I don't really know why but kiki will always climb up to UV and stay their for ages! I am not OVERLY worried about this but I was just wondering whether she was doing this because she is just a strange and awkward chameleon (which she is but in a stroppy way) or because she is lacking her vitamin D

Chams are attracted by light. Its instinctive for them to climb up toward sunlight and warmth to bask. They don't get all their Vit D from the light only, but the UV enables them to metabolize the vit D and calcium in their diets. Its totally normal.
