Cage Info:
* Cage Type - homemade, wooden frame 2 feet x 2ft x 3ft tall, 3 screen "walls", screen top
[/QUOTE]
* Lighting - Mega-Ray SB 100 watt Self-Ballasted Flood UVB Lamp (http://www.reptileuv.com/megaray-sb-100-watt-self-ballasted-flood-uvb-lamp.php) he wakes at 8:30 AM and sleeps at 8:30 PM on a timer
* Temperature - 72-80ish overnight temp about 60 (+ or - 5 degrees) measured with one internal "Zilla Humidity & Temperature Gauge" and also have a sort of point and shoot temp. thing from "tempgun.com" (http://www.tempgun.com/order.html#pe1) it was bought more for kicks than actual use, pretty cool though!
* Humidity - about 80%. i mist him 4 times a day for 10 minutes each @ 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, set on a timer, also homemade misting system. checked by the "Zilla Humidity & Temperature Gauge"
* Plants - he has one ficus that hes had his entire life, and an orchid ** i brought back one little "ball" of spanish moss from florida for him**
* Placement - the top of his cage is 5 feet off the ground, he is in the corner of the bedroom, not super high traffic, but not the broom closet. he's always been pretty friendly
* Location - located just outside of Seattle, WA, USA
Chameleon Info:
* Your Chameleon - trioceros fuelleborni, male, 2.5 years old. i've had him 2 years
* Handling - i just got back from a weeks vacation. the cham. sitter never touched him, i hold him daily
* Feeding - i left over 30 crix for the sitter to feed him...the sitter lost them (he was honest, said he left the cricket keeper open) so he bought more and "pokey ate all 20 i bought in 2 days!" (he never eats that much) today is the second day i've been back and i've only gotten him to eat one beetle(darkling beetle his FAV!)
* Supplements - left the sitter with rep-cal calcium (w/o D3). i use D3 about 3 times a month (his calcium W/ D3 is by T-rex)
* Watering - i mist him 4 times a day for 10 minutes each @ 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, set on a timer, also homemade misting system. i haven't seen him drink since i got back
* Fecal Description - yes, recently tested for parasites, came back clean. the sitter never cleaned the poo out of his cage so i was able to see all of it (which was kind of nice actually) all white urate and his normal looking poo. the day i picked him up he dropped a big one about an inch and a half long with no urate attached?
* History - its been about a month since he over came pseudomonas. everything has been going well, thus far
* Current Problem - his weak grip is worrying me. i don't know if i'm being overly cautious, but i would rather be safe than sorry. and since he hasn't eatten, and i haven't seen him drink, (i know if i don't eat i get weak, but why would he not eat?) and i haven't seen him defecate since yesterday morning, i didn't get a picture of that monster poo, but i should have for record, oh man!
*PHOTO TAKEN ABOUT 10 MIN. AGO* he LOOKS Okay, but his grip is not, i watched him fall and dangle by his tail just before i started filling this form out. that was the final straw. i'm glad his tail was there for him since i couldn't get the cage doors open fast enough
