I've had these wax worms for a couple of weeks now. When I checked on them today, I discovered one of them has turned into a moth. Are wax moths safe for chams and how long do they live?

Yes, they are fine for chameleons. In fact, most love them. If you wait for a few more to turn into moths and give them a substrate of honey and grains, you will have a trillion little tiny wax worms before too long. Moths live for about a week or so, or at least that has been my observation.
