so what i do . is i have a spray bottle . and i mist his cage very well about 3 sometimes 4 times a day . that sufficient? I basically water it whenever i can remember too .

Well my chameleons get 30-45 minutes a day of misting. What is your humidity level?

usually between 40-50 . right now being night time it's sitting at about 36
