water in laying bin...

about to set up my laying bin for my female ambi. my cage is 18x18x36. my bin is 8x12x12 inches tall. how am i going to keep the bin from getting too moist. not sure if poking holes in the bottom will be sufficent enough. what do you peoples do?

First understand I am crazy I hated the extra water in my bins so I made a umbrella fir them. Just a slanted piece of plastic that drains the water into the middle of the cage and away from the bin. The cham can still go into the bin from either side. It is better for me than soggy bins that my chams won't use I am aware it looks ugly and is weird but it works for me.
