Water conditioner

For my veiled Cham, I generally most a few times a day manually and also have an automatic water dripper that I turn on for periods of the day. I used to use a conditioner that came with the dripper but that ran out. What conditioner would you recommend for my Cham?(This might seem dumb) but I have only found ones that have a pic of a turtle on the front, is that the same thing?

Yes it is, what kind of water are you using just tap?

I'm not totally sure about conditioners, but when in doubt I would just use reverse osmosis water so you don't have to worry about it. Most grocery stores have it readily and cheaply available. I buy it in 5 gallon jugs to fill my mistking's reservoir and they cost like $3. I feel much more comfortable going this route than using tap water personally

Ok thank you, and does it say reverse osmosis or is it distilled?

I forget exactly what the distinction is! Sometimes you have to read some fine print to find the words "reverse osmosis"

Reverse osmosis has trace minerals in it, distilled is stripped of everything. Both will work for a mist system. I've used distilled from the store in the past before I got my RO unit. Overall, RO is probably the most well-rounded water. having all the unnecessary and potentially harmful crap of tap water removed. Distilled will do the job too, and with proper dusting there should be no issues from it. Unpolluted Rain water from their natural habitat is supposedly very low in minerals, closer to distilled.
