You are in Canada so I can't help the geckos , but I can say crested are awesome.

I keep them in screen enclosures with a plant , some fake plants and vines almost like a chameleon. I feed them crested gecko diet and only a few crickets once or twice a week.

They are a lot of fun and you can hold them all you want. When you get them make sure you post pics. :)

I was just feeding them so I thought I would bring them up. Gargoyles are the same care and IMO even cooler looking.

Ya , you can use substrate. You could put a piece of cork bark in the back of the cage and glue to it. You can also use a glass enclosure or shoot even a bin.

They will love an Eco system type enclosure. If you are going to keep three in it , the enclosure will need to be really large. The get pretty big.

I have three Gargoyles in a 18x18x30 enclosure.

Okay!

:) i will try and order one off of lllreptile. :)

Oh, and use silicone, use brown instead of clear or black, as brown will blend in the best.

I have a fake background with mine and they climb on it frequently. It's an old TV converted to be a vivarium, here I'll find the pic...

That pic is quite old, I got rid of the soil with perlite of course. It's hard to believe I ever even used it!

It's now pretty dense with pothos, I find the odd baby in there some times too.

Uhmm... for some reason my Email 'Outlook express' isnt working.., can someone email for me?

Our computer is CRAP.

pm if you would be kind and email them. I will tell you what to say (Very short.)

If you want some great ideas on vivariums and such, check out http://www.dendroboard.com/
There are a ton of pictures of setups on there and a lot of "how-to's" I know it goes to PDF's, but a lot of the ideas can be used with different types of geckos.

Im kind of still deciding between getting geckos, or a blue tongued skink..

Blue tongued skink was my initial plan to get, cause there big, Cute, and Apparently really Friendly :)

Ill probably get a skink and in a couple months some geckos, Im turning into a reptile Obsessed person... :D

So i geuss, if anyone knows of a good place to buy a 50+ Gallon aquarium... Cool.

I seen one at petsmart, its pretty nice! :)

Thanks all... Sorry ;)

ive decided to get geckos, i have a small aquarium ready for one, not sure if ill get 1 or 2. the guy im buying from is a local breeder, and... wont be able to get it til tuesday.

I have a 2.5 gallon tank (I was reccomended) that the baby will go in, and if i buy two, i will split A 10 gallon. Any other tips? Thanks all!
