No, not really. The humidity needs to be a little higher (which just means a little more misting throughout the day) but the temps are about the same as a veiled. Not a big difference. Some people say that veileds are easier and hardier, but I've never noticed any real difference in my clan. I have both species and the work I do is exactly the same for both of them.
