Wanna play a game of what am I ????

Wow! These Verrucosus are frickin' awesome! Maybe these will be the next species I decide to work with. I am finding the Oustalets to be pretty sweet too.

Ryan,
How are the hatchlings?

Thanks,
Jake

Ryan,

Hey, it's been a loooooooooong while since I kept verrucosus and most I see / have seen in captivity are the standard blue/green/brown locale, combine that with the 93F comment and the excessive heat that most of North America is experiencing and it would be remiss of me if I didn't say something. If not for your specimen(s) but maybe for somebody else’s now or in the future.

She might be a semicristatus?! Henkel and Schmidt think perhaps that species is actually a form of oustaleti but I’ll defer that decision the Furcifer freaks out there. ;) Since the verrucosus come from a large area of Madagascar, it wouldn't surprise me that 'locales' could exist for that species too. Back in the day I saw some beautiful almost purple verru’s that were absolutely gorgeous.

Again, have fun with your critter; she is very pretty.
