Walking on ground...?

Hey guys -

My 4 month Veiled has been walking around on the floor a lot recently. She is a female - is this a sign of eggs on the way? If so - what should i do to prepare... is a 12" x 12" tub of sand the appropriate thing to use? If so.. what kind of sand, what kind of container... etc. basically need to know if this is one of the signs and if so, what to do so i can keep my cham healthy with no problems with eggs. thanks !!!

it could be. how old is she? get a 12 X 12 container and put some moistened play sand in there. Wet enough so it will hold a tunnel. If you see her digging in there, do not try and watch or bother her. Leave her be or cover the cage otherwise she will stop trying to lay.

Try throwing in some extra foliage for her, if that doesn't help, water her well, then provide a lay box and introduce her to it. Then cover her cage and turn off the misters for 24-48 hours. Good luck!
