I was looking at sticky tounge outdoor mineral without d3 but it say for outdoor reptiles my veiled isn't and if I'm gut loading my kriks with the proper veggies an others do I need to still supplament I hear diffrent things

I have vitamins with d3 but I heard to much d3 bad I haven't used that yet I have calcium with no d3 that I just got in the mail

you still need to supplement even if you are gutloading. it is essential for their health to supplement. in the wild they would be getting these supplements naturally so we have to give it to them manually as owners. here is a veiled caresheet, about halfway down it there is a feeding section which goes over supplementation for veileds https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/veiled/
what is recommended is a plain calcium supplement used every feeding, a calcium with d3 used once every 2 weeks and a multivitamin used once every two weeks

too much d3 is bad. it can cause over supplementing issues. thats why the scedule of plain calcium every feeding, calcium with d3 once every 2 weeks, and multivitamin once every 2 weeks is used :)

Ok I have plain calcium I can use everyday... I have calcium with d3 ill use every two weeks what about my vitamins that contains d3 should I purchase a diffrent kind without d3 or am I ok with what I have? It's reptivite with d3

you can use the repivite with d3 :) what i would do is use the calcium with d3 on friday, the next friday the reptivite with d3, then the next friday the cal with d3, then the next friday the reptivite again! or on whatever day you want just use that kind of schedule is generally what we do! that is what i have gathered here on the forum im sure other members will chime in with their opinions as well :)
