How often should we give our chameleons calcium and multivitamins?

Right now they are getting calcium twice a week and multivitamins twice a month. Does that seem right, they are sub adult Veiled and Jackson chameleons. Thanks for any help.

It's suggested that chameleons get calcium withOUT d3 every feeding, with d3 twice a month, and a multivitamin twice a month.

the jack will need less than the veiled.
how much you provide depends on a number of factors, including lighting/outdoor time, what you gutload with, what brand of supplement you have, etc. There is no one size fits all solution.

Thanks, we use repti cal with D3 and herptivite and our chameleons don't go outside and they have a 5.0 reptiglo flourescent tube bulb. I'll have to order some regular calcium without D3 none of the stores here sell it anymore.
