Vitamin a deficiency linked to penile prolapse?

I recently had a trip to my vet and while there we got on the topic of vit a. He mentioned how vitamin a deficiency has been linked to penile prolapse. Since we see so many ppl posting about this occurrence happening @kinyonga mentioned I should post a thread so we can have a discussion on this topic. I found one article that has some info on vitamin dificidncys. (Yes I know some of the information is incorrect)
