Vinegar solution for cleaning?

Is it safe to leave a Chameleon in the cage while you clean the bottom of the cage with vinegar?

I plan on removing him to do major cleanings when necessary, but my toddler is eye level with the bottom of the cage, so i would like to be able to disinfect that area every few days without constantly pulling him from the cage. I can't find anything in the forums that give a clear answer, when it comes to him being able to stay in the cage.

Also, how much should i dilute the vinegar with water?

You can dilute the vinegar down a lot, or you can just wipe the cage daily then to a really good cleaning every couple weeks. Yes he can stay in the cage as long as the smell isn't strong.
