I just saw this on the bottom of my chameleon front feet.

That is either a burn or bumble foot. Burns can occur when they get too close to a basking light for too long. Bumble foot comes from standing on the same sized branches constantly. I would start with first aid of triple antibiotic ointment or silvadene cream now. Then look into having him/her seen by a vet. Then readjust your cage as needed.

Ok so like Neosporin? Or where can you buy silvadene cream? Thanks for your help.
 
Yes Neosporin the other is silver sulfadiazine burn cream you may be able to get it at the pharmacy or from your vet.
Do you have a reptile vet?
