Chameleon Info:
- Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
- Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
- Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
- Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
- Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
- Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
- History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
- Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
- Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
- Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
- Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
- Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?

-Veiled Chameleon. Male. Age not sure, estimated 2-3 months. 2 days in my care.
-Once a day, 5 minutes each session.
-10 small crickets in the morning and dusted with calcium
- Zoo-med calcium powder and Reptivite vitamin powder
-I use a dripper system. Mist 4 times a day due to cage type. 3 minutes each spray. I do not see my chameleon drinking.
-Dark brown fecal matter with white "urine" and some brown-ish liquid around it. Never been tested for parasites
- Bought from a local pet store and it is unknown how well the care was.
-Screen cage 16x16x30 with 2 makeshift solid walls to keep humidity up.
-two light dome lamp 100w compact uvb bulb made by zoo-medium and daylight blue heat light. Lights on at 7:00 am and lights out at 9:00.
-Normal temp 70 degrees, basking temp 85 degrees. Lowest overnight temp 68 degrees. Analog thermometer at bottom of enclosure and digital for basking Temps.
- 50%-65% humidity. Creating levels with coconut shavings and water misting. Humidity sensor to measure
- One wild plant of unknown name. Rest are artificial
- Located next to 2 windows and is 5'6" from floor to top of cage.
