Veiled Chameleon Red Eye

Hi, my male veiled chameleon seems to be having a red mark in his eye, can anyone help? Is it an infection

Sorry...I'm not a vet...but I don't think it's an infection. It looks like it's blood.

Maybe he could've possibly poked his eye on something like a sharp stick of some sort, looks like blood. When I looked it up it says infection that's caused by vitamin deficiency.

How's the mark now? Is it getting any bigger? Smaller?
