veiled chameleon eye

i have a female veiled chameleon (a few months old) her left eye is slightly larger than her right eye, it seems to have a bubble in her eye and she cant open it.

her is now opening sometimes, but when she looks behind her the front of her eye puffs up

What brand and type (compact, spiral, long linear tube, etc.) UVB light do you use? Basking?

mine had a bubble thing before and it just had this film/eye booger thing but she could open and look around once the booger thing came off i just used a warm wet q tip to remove it
