Veild Cham skin (dry spot?)

Hello,
Recently I noticed my chams (armpits and groins) look like they have a white hue to them. Not sure if this is normal or not. Also looking for general opinion on skin and colour. I am posting some pictures. I have help sheet filled out incase it is needed.

It looks normal. Have you seen translucent veileds. They have lots of this.

As for color. it probably varies, but for my female usually bright green like yours. The pic with the spots. Shes mad.

For health, usually darker or not as bright. It kind of depends on her normal state.
