UVB Question?

Two questions about a UVB bulb. I have a 5.0 UVB in my baby chams viv and how often should it be on during the day and should be turned off a night at bed time are leave it on?

Hi! And yes, lights out at bedtime. Most owners do a 12 on and 12 off in the summertime. Some go to only 10 on in the winter.
They need the dark and they need to cool down, so no lights, basking, red, blue, uv or anything else at night.
