Reptisun 5.0 linear (tube)
DO NOT use a powersun, please I rescued a nosy be that previous owners used a 100w powersun. It is too extreme for them to have as a basking light or any other lighting for that matter. I am told they are for desert reptiles

If you were told by a pet store, ignore pretty much everything they told you! 
I use the 5.0 linear on all of my cages. For basking I use a 60w soft white household bulb.
If they sold you the powersun, take it back. It wont work for your veiled and they are very expensive

Ok thank you last thing I want to do is hurt her, I am currently looking a hood system what do you think about halogen lights?
