Uvb bulb life

My zoo med t5 5% is now 1.5 years old. Still registering 3 at branch level. I know these bulbs have a reputation for only lasting about 6mos. I use a solar meter to check levels. Wondering if I should just keep using the bulb or switch it out just to be safe? I have checked the solar meter on my other enclosure and the figures change so I don’t think it’s the meter itself. Any thoughts are welcomed!!

I have one ready, this time I bought the arcaida, I know they are a bit better.

I agree with @JacksJill. Note your levels with the new bulb will be a bit higher the first few weeks until the bulb burns in a bit.
