Uvb and heating help

Hi i got the new(2nd hand) exo terra liner light with the two liner bulbs and the halogen with fan(fan is a big noisey if any 1 knows any soultions) and it came with a 2.0 buln and a 10.0 uvb bulb in is this too much for vield i had just a 5.0 in old light with a 60w notmal light? Also the halogen only gets viv upto 30oc any 1 know what watt is bestfor 30/35oc

5.0 UVB is what's recommended for Chams. What kind of enclosure and what's the ambient room temp? That plays a lot into what wattage bulb to use for heat. Glass will obviously require less than screen enclosures.
