I was wondering if the uv light actuall helps boost chams eat drinking, and activity level. my cham doesnt drink but eats alot. ive had this uv bulb for about 6 months now and i dont thinks its giving off anymore uv rays.

it depends on the bulb some are designed to last 6 months and some are designed to last a year but its recommend from the manf. to replace every year

Yes they do, particularly UVA wavelengths but both UVA and UVB contribute.

P.s some chams wont drink in your presence, why do you think it dosent? Do you mist? have a dripper? Whats its poo look like?

yes i mist 2 to 3 times a day and have a hand made dripper that drips all day but he never seems to go to it.. his poop looks ok. i mean ive only had him for about a week now. his poop still has the white thing that comes out.

A good presence of urate "white poop" means the cham is hydrated, so it must be drinking when your not around.
