It's almost time to replace that blue UV light, I run it 12 hrs a day......any recommendations on which to get? And how often should a heat lamp be replaced?

Any of the reptiglo or reptisun bulbs are reliably good for UVB for 6 months. Replace your heat bulb when it goes out or stops giving heat.

Should I only run the UV light 12 hours a day? That's all I've been doing timewise for it.
Yes, at least 10-12 hours a day of UVB, with the opposite being complete darkness (no night light).
