So, every time I'm on the homepage I see the ever so familiar,

"Most users ever online was 807, 12-18-2008 at 07:34 AM."

And every time I think to myself, "I want to be a part of beating that."

Does anyone else ever get this feeling? I think we should pick a date about a month or two in the future, and all try to beat that 807.

Me! LOL. I think they got the huge jump in numbers because a thread on this website was posted on another website that got a lot of views (but don't quote me on it).

My recollection of that 807 users was that a Bot network (or some other such nefarious, non-cham-related thing) was swarming us - but that just gives us all the more reason to try and get everyone online at once and have a legitimate record number!

I will feed them extra carrots. But perhaps the most users online should be reset so we can get a legit number like said above.
