upside down.

my chameleon was upside down on the top of his screen today and was wagging his tail around like a dog, what does it mean?

haha my guy goes upside down all the time i have found when they r young they do it alot the tail thing i have seen as well i beleiv that they are just searching for a place to secure their tail like they would around a branch, but they cant find anything so they just keep moving their tail around looking for a spot.

Yeah, it doesn't mean anything. As long as they can't get too near to the lamp then let them play.........

yeah i was thinking thats why he was doing that i was just making sure cuz i read that if they are lashing there tail and have an open mouth that they are angry so when he was waggin his tail i thought maybe he was upset but i noticed he didnt have his mouth open and he wasnt dark or anyhting.

Are the holes in the screen big enough for the tail to go through?? If not, he was likely lashing it around trying to find a place for it to hold on to something.
