Upset Cham ??

Hello good morning! I have a question. At time when I get near my cham he opens his mouth and gets all puffed up and fat does that mean he's upset ??? or what could that be ?

Aww man i didnt want him to get like that with me lol well he only does it sometimes not always i usually handle him everyday. Its when i get near his cage like sometimesss that he does that. I thought i should be concerned kinda of worried me

That's a get away from me look, where they're angry or scared. It's stressful for them and I wouldn't make him do this too often - the frequent stress may be enough to make them sick/die. I had a cham die on me from three days of severe stress.
