Does anyone know the names of the drugs used to clear this up pictures and signs from what I have read indicate Cletus has a possible upper respiratory infecton !!!!!!!

You'd need a vet to be sure, and to give the right doses - they usually give Baytril or similar antibiotics for resp. infections I think. How long has he had the bubbles? Do you see any mucus?
It's definitely vet time then, asap ......the earlier you treat the better the chance of a quick recoveryi have seen the bubbles now for almost 2 days today is the second day
