Update and Request for Advice

I had posted awhile back (https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/newbie-need-advice.176068/).

Our vet suggested keeping cage outside in summer as much as possible and continuing to give calcium supplement, providing egg laying substrate, and adequate water and temp. We've been doing everything, but the outside location. So, we moved her cage outside yesterday and........today we found 23 eggs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :):):):):):):):):):):)

We removed the eggs. Hope that is ok. Should we expect more?

She has been getting stronger but not able to climb really.

She only started to eat within last 2-3 weeks and maybe has had 3 crickets. Tried to give her a cricket today and she didn't go for it. Is that normal?

What next? Thank you in advance for any insights or advice.

Was she still in the lay bin when you started removing eggs?

Have you made all the husbandry changes for her since your last thread? Please take pics of the entire enclosure lights down and of your girl.

Basically, we turned the entire bottom of cage into a lay bin. She can't climb but does seem stronger. Anyway, she was not in the area where she laid the eggs when we removed them.

We haven't made changes to her cage yet as it's been functioning as a hospital room so to speak. We didn't know if she would even survive - we've just been trying to give her a place to lay eggs, provide calcium supplements, water and right temp with light.

Now, that she has laid eggs, but still can't climb not sure what to do. Not sure if we should expect more eggs. We will make changes to the cage if she seems ready. But I think if she was on a high branch she would fall so doesn't seem ready for that yet.

Ok so here is the problem... She still has not had access to the correct UVB lighting. With the cage turned on its side this creates a way for you to have the lighting on so that she gets the correct UVB for D3 conversion from light.

When do you think she laid the eggs? Can you please post pics of the entire enclosure lights down and of her now. Also what exactly are you using for supplements?
