Unwell??

Ok. My chameleon seems to be off. I've noticed he is sleeping during the day. I've been popping home on my lunch breaks and I've caught him sleeping twice through the day.
Also his mouth sometimes can be black and is constantly yellow inside.
Then today when I came home I noticed something on his leg, I wasn't sure whether it was his poop or a wound of some sort.
I put him in a shallow bath to try and remove it but didn't want to rub too much. Also when I put him in the bath he was very lethargic when normally he would be trying to climb up me to get out of the bath.

I've attached a picture of his leg. Could anyone tell me whether I should be worried? Well even more worried than I am.

Sleeping during the day is always something to worry about, especially if it is accompanied by other changes in behavior, which sounds like the case here. Do you have a chameleon vet? Now would be an excellent time to take him in.

Yeah I'm going to book an appointment at the vets.

I would be very worried especially when you had so many signs of ill-health Do take him to a vet asap it sounds like he may have mouth rot or advanced stages of respiratory infections.

I am not sure about his legs, it kind looks like poop and it also looks like a burn but as I said I am not sure
