Unhealthy Female Veiled Chameleon

Recently I went away to camp and while I was gone, my mom didn't mist her very much and she started to be very grey. When I came home, I noticed that she looked very skinny and not as light green as she usually is. I have noticed that she has been missing a lot of crickets when she goes to eat them. We took her out today and noticed that she is missing a few nails and when she wet to walk, she would fall. She usually gets angry when we try to take her out of her cage and then warms up to it. When my mom held her, she didn't warm up and even went completely black. I'm really worried about her, please help.
