Umbrella plant. Which of these?

I really like the umbrella plants that seem to be prolific in State side enclosures.
Could someone tell me which of these is best so I can go hassle my local nursery guy for a few

Schefflera arboricola

best is a matter of opinion but, in cham terms, Schefflera arboricola, is the one most commonly used and accepted as the "umbrella plant", its not a very durable plant,and a large cham can have it fairly ragged in fairly short order, if you use one, i would strongly recomend placing a good stiff climbing branch in the middle of it , another alternative is to get a second one and rotate them on cage cleanings

I believe there are toxic types of schfelerra and that is in fact the reasoning behind the popularity of arbolica.
