Ultility Holes in Screen Cages

I am looking into putting Holes in my screen cage to accommodate the misting system. The question I have is, Is there a good way to do so without hurting the integrity of the rest of the screen?

I had thought maybe attaching a washer (a little metal ring) to the screen with silicone but wanted to see how others are doing it, or if there was a better way.
