Twisting?

HI i have noticed recently that when i fed my chameleon he twistes his body around and vibrates his body. He is a 2-3 month old Veiled chameleon, is this normal or is he just stretching?

i feed him small crickets with the occasional mealworms here and there. Just yesterday i started to feed him kale but i have always noticed he did it, i always make sure his food is smaller than is head.

He might jus learning to swallow the new type of food u gave him,they will do that ,just to get the food into their stomach.

Try not feeding mealworm to him anymore,too hard for his stomach digestion,instead give him some silkworm n hornworm.

Mine is doing this occasionally in mornings. Stretching, yawning, eye cleaning. But never seen these things after feeding.

He like scrunched up his body and twists like an s kind of, I noticed he only does it a yet I fed him the kale, could it be that?
