Glad to see she's doing better, I felt so bad for you when that happened! I accidentally nailed one of my cats in the chin once with my boot (he walked right in front of my foot) and he had a fat lip. I felt so horrible.

She was soooooooo black I am amazed how fast she is getting better, but I still feel guilty and she still wants nothing to do with me.:(

Hi Laurie,

yes, she is looking alot better.
I'm realy shocked at how much better she looks after just a few days.
she's a strong one for sure.

awww

She is looking so much better, hopefully she is feeling better too :) I'm really glad for you both!

Wow! What an improvement! I thought she was going to have problems! Is she pooping okay?

Thanks everyone, I do love this girl, she is why I am going to montanes and away from panthers & veileds.

She isn't pooping but then again she isn't eating either. She is roaming her cage and acting like she is going to lay another clutch. She has been down to her laying bin several times but no digging so far. Poor little thing, every think happened to her at once, first me and now eggs. But she seems to have no problems with mobility both her tail & leg seem normal. Now everyone needs to cross fingers until she lays.

She doesn't look too bad at all, considering what she looked like before. We certainly have our fingers crossed for you and those eggs.

Keep an eye on her and make sure she's not losing any weight and you should see the darker areas fade back to normal in a few more weeks!

Luis

Good luck, Tuffy, and we will keep our fingers crossed for you! (There's been a lot of finger crossing going on around here lately:p)

:DTuffy is lookjing so much better, Laurie! I know you probably don't see it like we do as you see her every day. I am amazed at how quickly the bruising has gone down! I hope she gets on and lays quickly now for you - I reckon you've had enough cham-induced stress to last you quite a long time!:D You certainly gave her the most perfect name for her - Tuffy by name and Tuffy by nature!:D

You just haven't found the right treat/bribe for her yet to get that forgiveness going & the love back

Seriously though she is looking a lot better & my fingers are & will stay crossed for you and Tuffy :)

Fingers x'd for you, Best wishes to both of you, she's improved out of sight.
Dont worry about the distrust, she is a female afterall! :p :D
