Any tips on gaining a chameleons trust

Cup feed, try hand feeding, chill around your cham for a while let him know you arent any danger, you can stick your hand in or near his cage for a bit and chill so he can get used to your presence. Dont EVER force him out or he will get very stressed and it will push your trust you have sort of built already far back and youll start from zero and itll be harder.
